Hi.  My name is Stephanie.  I am a full-time investor active in Southern California and across the country.  I quit my job in Corporate America to pursue real estate full-time.  It was the best decision I've ever made for my family's long-term financial well-being.  I just plain got tired of working so many hours to make my boss rich!  I wanted to reap the rewards of my efforts directly.  My decision has paid off handsomely.  I now show others how to get on the path to financial freedom and realize true success in the same way I did.

I work with a team of investors who are mentoring both new and seasoned investors in the Southern California area - teaching them how to successfully invest in real estate.
